Now with 15+ years of coaching experience, he has helped develop 500 athletes at top programs including University of Arizona and Texas A&M. Known for his positive approach and attention to detail, Coach Dave emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and a relentless work ethic.

Raecine brings energy, leadership, and a player-first philosophy to the Pasco Lady Pythons program. With over a decade of coaching experience at the youth and high school levels, she is dedicated to helping athletes develop strong basketball fundamentals while building confidence, discipline, and character.
She believes that success is measured not only by wins on the court, but by the growth of each player as a leader, teammate, and person.
Her goal is to create a competitive, supportive environment where every athlete has the opportunity to reach her full potential and develop a lifelong love for the game.

Thomas is no stranger to hard work and discipline. Retired Army and Bronze Star recipient, Coach Thomas military background serves as the foundation of his coaching philosophy. After more than 20 years of military service, he has dedicated himself to mentoring young athletes both on and off the basketball court.
He believes that hard work, respect, and character are the keys to success, and he is committed to helping every player reach her full potential as both an athlete and a person.
